We have great news to share with you! Phase 2 of the HELGA residential complex is officially complete. We have received a certificate of completion, which confirms that buildings 7, 8, 9, and 10 fully comply with building codes and technical requirements and are ready for operation.

Not long ago, it was just a dream on the blueprints. Today, it is a reality with finished facades, decorated halls, panoramas from the windows, and future memories that will settle within these walls. Thank you to everyone who has been there along the way. There will be more to come!
