“eRecovery” is now available at Viking Development

The Viking Development team has actively joined the state programme ‘eVidnovlennia’ — and we have already completed the first apartment within this initiative.

This is a real opportunity for Ukrainians whose homes have been damaged or destroyed by the war to receive state compensation and invest it in a new apartment.

The programme provides for a payment of UAH 500,000 to affected homeowners — these funds can be used as a down payment or part of the cost of an apartment in a new building.

Who is eligible for compensation?

✔️Owners of homes damaged or destroyed as a result of military action

✔️Those who have submitted an application through ‘Diy’ and received a positive decision
